I am not a contemporary fan but after reading the synopsis I was intrigued. I requested a copy from the publisher and was lucky enough to be given one. I read this in one sitting in about two hours. For the most part this is a fast paced read however, the dialog and emotions in the middle of the book drag the story out and it seems longer than it actually is. I pictured Mr. Haddings as Ezra from Pretty Little Liars but no one specific for Sarah. 

I would recommend this to contemporary lovers and fans of PLL and If I Stay.
