 * I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*

I  read this book twice. The first time I around, I gave it three stars. I read it before I left for Europe and immediately after I returned for to the States. And I am glad I did. The second time reading this book was so much better than the first time. I bumped up to four.

Grace Wilde moves to Korea to attend a boarding school away from home. Her roommate Sophie introduces her to Jason, a K-pop star who just happens to be Sophie's brother. Sophie and Grace begin to hang out with the K-pop band and the relationship between Grace and Jason forms.

There are a couple reasons this didnt work out for me the first time I read though it. One being, Grace Wilde was very selfish. Grace and the love interest Jason were consistantly bickering back and forth. I was really agrivated by the fact Grace never gave him a chance and would always compare him to her brother. It was her reason every single time they had a cute moment.

On the other hand, I adored Sophie. She was funny and sweet and I found myself shipping her relationship more than the main couple. Grace and Sophie's friendship was true and down to earth, though it seemed one sided at first, their friendship grew and slowly Grace came around. I also enjoyed the twist at the end. I didnt see it coming.

I am a K-Drama (KD) and K-pop addict. My favorite Kdramas are Kpop The Ultimate Audition (Netflix/Hulu), Nail Shop Paris (Hulu) and To the Beautiful You (Hulu). And music wise, I am in LOVE with SHINee, T.O.P. and G Dragon. Has anyone listened to View yet?! Taemin is my favorite and I recently found out he has a mini solo album out featuring Danger and Prety Boy. They are Amazing! When, I saw there was a book coming out about Kpop and took place in Korea, I screamed, I was so excited. I was surprised at how little kpop was actually involved. The romance really took over, but this is common with KDs and is definitely a book I would recommend to any KD fan.

Over 30 authors come and you can bring your own books to have signed but Barnes and Noble is also there to buy books. Are there similar events in your area? Let me know in the comments below!!
