*I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review*

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Miss Cecil Castelucci at TBF last year and she was the absolute sweetest person. To be fair, she was my most anticpated author to meet so I sat in her panel on Sci-fi with Meagan Spooner. I read her books before the event, in fact, I engulfed Tin Star in a mere few hours, it was one my favorite reads of 2014. So I had high hopes with the sequel Stone in the Sky and I was blown away again.

The book picks up with Tula Bane running the Cafe on the Yertina Feray. Reza, her former human love interest discovered a rare resource on a nearby planet Quint. With nothing more to on his mind than to acquire the resource all for himself, Brother Blue visits the Yertina Feray only to discover, Tula Bane is not as dead as he thought.

Feeling guilty abandoning Caleb and her human friends from the end of Tin Star, she searches the galaxy for them. At the same time forming a plan to revenge and kill Brother Blue.

The romance is very bare minimum but just enough to swoon over. At the same time there is a tiny love triangle but its not as tedious as it sounds. Both interests are sweet but there's one who stands out and he's my absolute favorite.

This is a dulogy and one I would recommend to every sci-fi alien lover out there. I count myself as one of the luckiest people to have scored an ARC of this (it was signed to!). The prequel Useless Wings can be found on Tor.com for FREE.  Have you Pre-Ordered your copy? I sure have!
